Dear Ms Lau
I am writing to inform you that I have recently received a letter complaining about the Sounds Systems exhibition we held at the Fortune Hotel. It would be greatly appreciated if you could assist me in devising some solutions.

The writer, Michael Leung, mentions three problems:
1. Online Registration System
2. Venue Size
3. Lack of Leaflets

In my opinion, the first problem is because of the low capacity of the server. The second problem was probably a result of the exhibition hall being too small, and the last one was attributable to not enough leaflets being printed.
Would it be possible for you to give me some advice regarding finding solutions to the above problems. I have considered perhaps offering the complainant free tickets for a future exhibition.
